Refund policy

Products are prepared and shipped within 5-10 working days for regular purchases
Local shipping costs R120. For international shipping costs, email classycouturesa@gmail.com.

No returns or exchanges on sale items.
The return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
- Used products not in original condition.
- Damaged or missing parts not due to the company's error.
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

No cash refunds are issued; instead, customers will receive store credit.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit for the return value will be issued.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted, and the customer will receive a Classy Couture gift card valid for 6 months.
Customers are advised to use The Courier Guy for reliability and efficiency. While Pep or Postnet can be used, Postoffice should be avoided due to delays
